Our first commercial pub refurbishment for Hopton Hall. Delivered on budget, on time, with zero snags at handover.
The Scope of Works
A complete internal refurbishment of the pub, excluding the toilet areas. Damp walls were remediated by hacking out, tanking, reboarding and re-plastering, while all woodwork was sanded and prepared throughout. We manufactured and installed new slatted panelling and fully renovated the bar. Lighting was upgraded with new wall lights and emergency lighting, alongside all new fixtures and fittings. Where requested, the client's existing furniture was carefully restored rather than replaced.
